• Booking and Payment:
  A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 5 days before the tour date.

• Cancellation Policy:
  Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to departure are refundable, minus the deposit. Cancellations made within 5 days of the tour are non-refundable.

• Weather Disruptions:
  If the weather conditions make the tour unsafe, it may be postponed or canceled. Guests will be notified in advance and offered a rescheduled tour or a full refund.

• Health and Safety:
  Guests are required to adhere to safety protocols, especially around the volcanic regions. It is recommended that participants be in good health and consult with a doctor if necessary.

• Travel Insurance:
  It is highly advised that travelers secure personal travel insurance to cover any potential injuries or losses.

• Personal Responsibility:
