How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made easily through our official website, by phone, or via email. Once your booking details are confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your travel arrangements, vehicle choice, and other relevant details. We recommend double-checking the information to ensure everything is accurate before the scheduled service. What payment methods do you accept?

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation, and the remaining balance must be settled before the trip begins. We advise our clients to complete their payments promptly to avoid booking cancellations due to non-payment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking, a fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for no-shows. We encourage customers to cancel as early as possible to avoid any charges and help us manage resources more effectively.
