• Booking and Payment:
  A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be completed at least 7 days prior to the tour date.

• Cancellation Policy:
  Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund (excluding the deposit). Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the tour will not be eligible for a refund.

• Changes to Itinerary:
  The tour operator reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, road closures, or changes in government regulations. Alternative arrangements will be made when possible.

• Travel Insurance:
  Participants are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, personal injuries, and loss of personal belongings.

• Participant Responsibility:
  Participants must ensure their own safety during the tour. It is essential to adhere to the guide’s instructions and follow any safety regulations provided.
