  A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made at least 3 days prior to the tour date.

• Cancellation Policy:
  Cancellations made more than 3 days before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund (excluding the deposit). Cancellations made within 3 days of the tour will not be eligible for a refund.

• Changes to Itinerary:
  The tour operator reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or changes in government regulations. Alternative arrangements will be made when possible.

• Travel Insurance:
  Participants are encouraged to obtain travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, personal injuries, and loss of personal belongings.

• Participant Responsibility:
